This Privacy Policy explains how Planora Team ("Planora", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Planora mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Services").

1) Summary (high-level)

  • We collect information you provide (name, username, email, and support messages) and information collected automatically (device information, usage statistics, crash logs, and location if you grant permission).
  • We use the information to provide and maintain the Services, personalize your experience, improve features, keep the Services secure, provide customer support, and comply with law.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We share information only as needed: with your consent, with service providers processing data on our behalf, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety.

2) Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account and profile information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support information: the content you send to us (for example, messages and attachments you provide during support requests).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, app version, and identifiers used for reliability and security (as permitted by your device settings and applicable law).
  • Usage data and analytics: interactions within the app, feature usage, performance data.
  • Crash logs: diagnostic information to help us fix errors and improve reliability.
  • Approximate or precise location: only if you grant location permission.

You can enable, disable, or limit location permissions at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies

If parts of the Services are accessed through web-based components, we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to help you stay logged in, remember preferences, and improve security and performance.

You can typically control cookies through your browser or device settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

2.4 Photos and face-related information

The Services may allow you to upload cover images for events.

  • We do not perform face recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for the purpose of uniquely identifying you.
  • Any image processing (if used) is for providing the requested feature and not for advertising or marketing.
  • We do not use your photos or other user content for advertising/marketing profiling, or for training third-party models.
  • Local storage by default: photos you select in the app are typically stored on your device. We upload and store an image on our servers only if you choose to use it as part of the Services (for example, as an event cover image that you publish).
  • One-time processing and deletion: if you use a one-time generation or transformation feature on an image, the uploaded image is used only to produce the requested output and is deleted promptly from the processing environment after processing is completed, unless you choose to save it in the app.
AI-assisted features and server-side processing.

Some features may involve automated or AI-assisted processing of text or images you choose to upload (for example, to help generate or refine event-related content). Uploaded text/images for AI-assisted processing are processed on Planora-controlled servers, are not shared with any third parties for such processing, and are deleted promptly from the processing environment after the output is generated (unless you choose to save the output or content in the app). You control whether to upload content and use AI-assisted features. We do not use this uploaded content to train third-party models or for marketing.
